Expiring Ink on HP Z6100ps

Working with a Z6100ps for almost a year now and it works great. The intro cartridges lasted longer than I expected. Most of the full cartridges were swapped in not that long ago. I just got a message from the HP Printer utility that my Yellow cartridge is almost expired. It still has 525 ml from the 775 ml capacity. When this expires, will it still print? I have a few others purchased at the same time and installed and they must have a different expiration date.

some says unplug the power cord and plug it in again; but NEVER unplug your ink cartridge, otherwise it bounds to be unusable again. Let us know and share!
