    Default VP 540 scratch marks

    When I print on PVC material (banner paper) I am getting scratch marks on the prints which are visible on dark solids. They seem to be random and I cant imagine how they get there. They run length-wise about a centimeter and seem to be at regular intervals lengthwise but not at the same position along the width of the material. Any ideas?

    Default Call service tech

    I think you might have issues with your print heads. Better call a service tech, print head are not only expensive, but very easy to damage, and very complicated to install.
