    Default Canon W6400 Prograf Problem

    We have had this printer for about 2 years and it has worked great. Last week we went to print a poster and the ink is wet on the paper, blochy, not even close on color. Did cleanings, called Canon(what a waste of time) still same results. Was working fine with roll media, but when we tried to put thru a 12 pt c1s paper 18x24 is when the problem started. The head is only about 8 months old. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    sounds like a paper problem, does this happen on all of your stocks, or just a new one? Is it set to extra heavyweight coated paper?
