Epson 7880 Print Meterage & Ink Counter

Hi,
I'm looking at purchasing an Epson 7880 Wide Format being sold on by a debt collection company.
The printer comes with Epson K3 Inks and no evidence that it has been used with non-OEM inks..

However:
It looks like it's been used with canvas
The paper count is at 116 797cm
The ink counter is at 5855ml

My Questions:
Is the number in paper counter refer to cm2 or linear cm's of printing?
Has this printer seen a lot of use?
Will it require servicing soon?

Any help would be most appreciated.
