Duplicating Onyx Production House 7

I want to replace one of our RIP's that runs ONYX 7.2 on win2003. The new machine is running WinXP and ONYX 7.2. I exported the Printers from the old machine and imported them onto the new one. Now one set of profiles is lighter, and the other set is darker (we run 2 mimaki jv22's).

All the settings look the same, but there must be something somewhere that is different, it's becoming very annoying! I really want to get this new RIP running as the old one is about 5 years old and extremely slow!

Might sound obvious, but are you sure the connection setup for the printers is pointing correctly to each printer? Sounds like they have been reversed.
