Epson 9600 "Command Error" message

Hello all..
just recently acquired a Epson 9600 for my print work.. Installed what I believe to be the Win 7 drivers for the printer.. Opened CS5 to print an image. when I run the print job Printer ink lights all Red and I get a "Command Error" message on the printer.


Would love to hear some thoughts.. i realize a I could be a bit vague but, please let me know if additional info is need for better trouble shooting..

I think that happens when the printer has a different black ink loaded than the print job is set to use (matte vs. Photo) Try a different media in the driver when you are printing.
