I was curious to see if anyone here has used ink from this company
and has any feedback on it

i have been using Sam inks on my old HP5500 for about 18 months (dye base) without any problems, changed over my Mimaki JV33 across to Sam Inks about six months ago, once again have found them to be consistent with a good colour gamut. talk to Mike Mcpeak at Colour Mill he is really helpful.

Please how do I move over to SAM INK cartridges for my HP 5500 UV? Do I need a decoder? How do I install it?
