    Unhappy mimaki jfx1600 flat bed flexible inks

    I have a mimaki JFX1600 flat bed using Flexible inks and have problems with the nozzles blocking during printing resulting in me having to pause printing and do head cleans before proceeding. I cant leave the printer whilst its working in case the jet out happens .Does anyone have any ideas how to overcome the problem please? its driving me to insanity.
