Default epson stylus pro 9900 printing on scrim

Has anyone had a problem with printing scrim vinyl on the Epson Stylus Pro 9900. There is no setting for vinyl or scrim. It seems to work using canvas mode but sometimes the black ink will rub off.

The Epson 9900 is a water based pigment ink system. Most Scrim material requires a solvent ink. THe canvas has an inkjet receptive coating.

We have a 9800. Not sure of the name or where to get it, but they make a scrim specifically for epson . We have used it in the past. Works great. Try asking around with your vendors.

Did you find the scrim for your 9900? And, did it work?
