Need Help! Budget $20,000

I am putting together a map/brochure that needs a minimum width of 17". I am currently working with an 18" x 24" prototype, but could fudge it down. There will be 100,000 produced per month.

Are there any cost effective print options - Igen4 and like printers need not apply. Budget of about $20,000. Thanks!

When you have an RFP for a job you need to include some detailed specs. Is this full color? Is it 2 sided? Is it full bleed 18"x24"? Does it need to be finished (folded, coated, etc...). Where does it need to be delivered to? Your job is quite large, but not undoable by many large shops.
