Color Management for Z6100 PS

Just curious how users are securing accurate pantone matching with this particular printer, we print mostly PDFs; when we print the Pantone guide from within the printer it doesn't match the Pantone swatches. When we print files on the older 5500 it prints pantones correctly -- are there updates, etc. we are not aware of AND/OR is there a way to correct the Pantone tables in the Z6100?
Any feedback appreciated...
