    Default help with a Canon ipf8000

    We have a canon ipf8000 that has air bubbles in 1 of the ink tube lines.

    Things I have tried;
    1. A cleaning
    2. B Cleaning
    3. Nozzle check (some of the lines print, however the color looks kinda green and it should be blue)
    4. Re-set the ink tank for that color
    5. Checked the connections of the ink tubes and I don't see any leaks, everything looks clean
    6. Installed new print head
    7. Did another B Cleaning (the air bubbles move a little bit in the lines)
    8. Nozzle check (less lines print, however it prints blue)
    9. + in the mix of all this I installed another ink tank for this color

    I also noticed that the sub tank is only half full, all the other sub tanks are full.

    Does anyone have any other suggestions other than calling in a tech?
    Thanks

    Don't know if this will help I have the 8100 & you can empty the ink tubes for moving the printer. Maybe if you do that & then re-install it will purge the ink through correctly.
