Two-sided wide format setups

We have been looking at different software programs to set up print and cut files for our Vutek printer & Zund cutter to improve efficiency--especially in two-sided printing.

We currently use Prepare-it for most files but it does not work for two-sided setups which involve nesting or custom shapes. We have been setting up these files manually. Anyone know of a program which can generate print and cut setups for two-sided printing?

Not sure if it will do double sided but i-CUT LAYOUT from esko is a great tool for nesting. You should check it out and get the demo.
