    Thumbs up QS3200 "STRIPES" problem

    Hi there,
    We have a QS3200, and sometimes gives us a problem that only prints stripes from one end to another ... Has anyone had this problem? any tips? We did not find anything wrong with the machine ... Thank you all

    Are your heads clean??? Did you do a head test?
