    dpm 2340 Media length encoder

    Greetings, I recently moved a DPM 2340 (by truck) and now am receiving a drum jam error every time I image a plate. Error is PCC error 6012. in the text of the error it says "Paper Jam. 0916 media length encoder, invalid position." What have I messed up and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance. Ed.
