    Envelopes through Versant 80

I just put in a V-80 last week. Beautiful prints, fast registers great. It replaced the C-75 I boght last year. I just got done running 1,000 full color #10 on 60# Accent Opaque and 5,000 black & white #10's on just regular Mac Papers envelopes. I had 2 miss feeds and one was my fault the other...

New to Digital Printing - Looking at used printers

Xerox also has a heavyweight fuser that you can get for the 560 that will guarantee that all of your heavier gsm paper will lay perfectly flat. They also have a fuser for envelopes for running A-size envelopes that will feed and come out without wrinkling. Thsi wiil not work on a #10 business...

    Versant 80 installed

Versant® 80 Press, Advanced High Capacity Feeder, Booklet Maker Finisher, SquareFold™ Trimmer Module, Xerox® EX 80 Print Server. Was told about 3 to 4 weeks out as they are really starting to move and a lot of that is because of the ability to print #10's. Are you satisfied with everything...

    Versant 80 installed

Just ordered my Versant 80 1-20-16. It's going to be replace the C75 I put in December 2014. Have been averaging over 68,000 per month so Xerox made a sweet deal for the replacement. One of the big factors in making the decision, as the C75 has been a work horse with only 4 service calls in the...

    Label press recommendation

I'd outsource them. a good trade printer is 4 Over 1,000 3 x 4 labels full color with UV $60.00 plus shipping. Just a thought. Hard to think about buying a label press and UV coating machine at of a cost of around $65, 000 for 80,000 labels a month.

    Envelopes through Versant 80

Its' not the adhesive but the lead edge, would say the fuser is doing the damage too. Yes the bracket was in tray six as referenced in the picture in the post above. Xerox came in about a month ago offering a deal on the Versant 80. Offering it with tray 6 &7, advanced finisher with the square...

    XEROX C75 Envelope Printing

I am trying to run diagonal seam envelopes out of tray 6 on my C75 and it is wrinkling them really bad. I've tried different GSM setting and the lowest, 177-220 uncoated reload seemed the best but still not sellable. Any thoughts, suggestions? Thanks, Ed

printer for short run #10 envelopes

I have a Xerox 560 and print short run envelopes on it and yes I have to do the open and closing of the flaps, but I don't do them everyday or even every week. For longer runs 2,500 or more I use a trade printer. Xerox does have an envelope fuser for this machine and it makes a world of...
