Getting an error from Navigator 8 rip. The file is from Esko Backstage 7.4, PDF v 1.7. I've read that gradients from non-standard apps can cause this issue, but does anyone have any suggestions on rectifying? Adjusting levels of gray and increasing memory have no effect.
