    Seiko H104S

    We have just recieved the new Seiko Colorpainter H104S. But we have a bit of problems keeping the media flat on the platen. We have tried vinyls papers and banners. Only heavy banners 100" is flat. Does anybody have any recomendations on heater settings ect. for this printer. Thanks in advance
