The envelopes are not as bright as the belt but they are still blue. The sensor doesn't see most of them. I know it's a reach but is there any adjustment that can solve this? SOLVED: The "teach" button took care of this.

This has been slightly infuriating and I am wondering if this is just a thing with these or am I special. If I get it printing within a few seconds all is good but going 30 seconds or more and the count resets to from 2449 of 5000 to 0 of 5000.
