Hi. After exposing a plate on Lotem 400 i'm getting a image like ghosty. foto-1.jpg foto-5.jpgfoto-4.jpg

A week ago we change three LDD2 Laser Driver Board from old Lotem 400 system since we get this message "Performance reduce to non-working lasers 21 (3-23) of 24 are working". This problem was gone after that.

But now we are getting the same message with other diodes.

Please someone could give me some advice about this problem.

Thanks on advance.

Dear my friend

I am kodak support specialist you need to calibrate all your diode and should see which diode is red

Afterwards you must replace thise diodes with new ones...

I have diodes if you need.

Massive diode problems in Lotem 400 may be related to inappropriate working conditions.
Lotem optimal work temperature is 25 Celsius ( 77 Fahrenheit ). Relative humidity 55% non condensing.
I would check if laser cooling fans are working OK and if air filters are not clogged with dust.

Thanks Les, indeed the problem of laser was due to poor conditions in the environment. Required to be colder.

For the image exposure problems, the TSP card was causing problems, it was necessary to clean the slots that are inserted into the PCI port with an eraser and that solved it .

Thanks for responding.
