Xitron, the prepress industry's leading independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow solutions headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist.
This person will join a team of knowledgeable industry professionals who take pride in getting the job done right the first time. Experience with Harlequin RIPs and prepress operations are a must. Additional familiarity with applications such as PitStop, Inp02, and InDesign, or workflow applications such as Apogee, XMF, or Prinergy are desirable.
Responsibilities include telephone support, remote system configuration, and on-site installation and training. This requires 50% travel throughout the US, with occasional opportunities overseas. Some weekend travel may be necessary.
