Afternoon All,
We're having major bother this week with our Mimaki print and cut machine.
We print loads of shaped stickers on the thing, when the machine has printed it moves back the print head and picks up the cutting head and off it goes, it has been working a treat for the last few months, however its now stopping about halfway through the job (at the cutting stage) and says:
error 9, HDC error (0---)
was hoping someone else had seen a simlar message.
The job has printed fine, it just knacks up on the cutting stage.
