Jobcentro issue when print some PDF file

Hi guy,
We have issue when printing pdf file with konica jobcentro application. For some file it print correctly and some only white sheet is printed with text error message that say error configurationerror
offending command setpagedevice

slimbh, if other PDF's print fine and you get this error only with certain PDF's, it's a file issue and not a machine or jobcentro issue.this looks like there's a problem with the PDF...typically this means the fonts were not properly embedded, but there could also be a transparency issue. My suggestion would be to try 2 things...in Acrobat Pro, try running a pre-flight to see if there are any warnings. Alternatively, if you purchased the upgrade, turn on APPE in job centro (Adobe PDF Print Engine).
