Xerox 700 grinding and duplex inoperable.

Good afternoon - this group was so helpful with my last issue that I thought I’d try again.

My xerox 700 has started a grinding at startup and when duplex is active. It seems like gears grinding to me but I wasn’t sure if this was a common issue that is east to fix. Letter size will no longer print duplex. The sheet gets stuck under the fuses in the turnover area.

I googled my issue and didn’t find anything relevant.
