      rbritton, if you want less waxy then leave KM. Ricoh and Xerox would probably be better for you. Ricoh has more matte-like printing that Xerox.

          Same with us. Sheet size does not matter. One side print 1 click. 2 side print 2 clicks. Does not matter if it is a #10 envelope or a 13 x 19 sheet, all the same click charge.

            I suppose I should have added that the Xerox dealer “in my area” does this. As mentioned earlier in that post, service rates are going to vary depending on where you’re at.
