Xerox C570 Metered Supplies Plan Expires soon

We have a second hand Xerox C570 which has thrown up a message saying our Metered Supplies Plan Expires in '30' days.

We didn't buy it with a plan, nor do we have a plan. We had a combination of metered and sold toners which came with the machine.

Will we be able to run just Sold toners when the plan expires or will the machine stop until we enter some kind of code, or do something to cancel the 'plan'?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I cannot see them bricking it because of that and the machine when bought new can be bought outright while having a service plan, so no way they are locking up a machine because you no longer have as service/supply plan. Seeing as you bought it used it is probably an automated alert that was put in place when it was originally purchased new.
