Xante Iqueue Crashing

Hello,

We had upgraded our Iqueue from version 13.1.9 to version 14.0.8. However, when using Color Creator, after clicking apply, a window would pop up saying Processing EPS and it would never finish or go away.

I decided to downgrade back to version 13.1.9. Now when I use Color Creator, it works the first time, but when I try and open the file a second time, the whole program crashes with no errors popping up. This only happens when I use Color Creator. Otherwise, it's OK.

Anyone else have this problem.

I contacted Xante, but my confidence level in their service is extremely low.

I have a video of the problem, but I cannot upload it here.

That issue was resolved in an update with iQueue version 14.0.9. It's available for download on from the Xante site: https://www.xante.com/product-information/workflow-solutions/iqueue/
