Ink setting and drying, SAPPI Tempo paper

Ink drying is a common theme in these threads. SAPPI just released a new product called Tempo that is supposed to make the ink set and dry faster. Pretty new product, and if it works....well, that's what I want to hear. Has anyone tried it yet? Is this a product designed for long perfectors or for solving daily problems of marking during converting?
