Flint Group Packaging Inks has implemented a price increase for all products sold in Europe. According to Flint, significant cost increases have impacted pigments, solvents, resins & freight, resulting in increased costs. Exact price increases will vary according to each product’s composition.
Doug Aldred, President-Packaging Inks & Resins notes, “Raw material and freight inflation have become untenable, and we are forced to look toward the market to alleviate some of the cost burden we face. Customers will be pleased that we will be introducing new, high-performing products throughout the course of 2019, helping to improve printing efficiencies and support process optimization”.
