As the Avanti Implementation Manager you will lead and navigate a number of concurrent implementation projects from conception through to successful go-live on Avanti’s flagship product.
To qualify for this role you must possess the following skills/attributes:
• Proven experience delivering medium to large professional services projects on time, on budget and to the delight of the project stake holders
• Exceptional client management and negotiation skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple deliverables with a ‘get things done’ attitude
• An empathic listener who is eager to understand and help others
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Able to ‘read the room’, respond appropriately, and think quickly on your feet
• Ability and comfort jumping in and learning software
• Experience using a Print MIS system at a print facility or experience implementing a Print MIS system for a Print MIS vendor
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in a recognized print management program
• Ability to work and travel in Canada, US and Europe (up to 50%)
Key Responsibilities:
• Project manage a number of concurrent implementations, which includes but is not limited to:
o Coordinating/scheduling resources
o Leading/facilitating status meetings
o Generating/prepping status information
o Navigating client through implementation process successfully
o Hold Avanti and client resources accountable for project activities and success
o Keep project focused on delivering the high level goals/benefits identified by state holders
• Act as voice of client within Avanti to ensure required steps/actions are taken for each client to have a delightful and successful implementation
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with both the implementation team and clients
• Lead the requirements gathering session and architect a product solution to meet those requirements
• Resolve project issues or challenges through effective problem solving, collaboration and negotiation skills
