• Installation and repair of single and multi-color presses.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and mechanically adjust and correct any and all, major and heavy repairs.
• Analyze printing issues
• Follow schematic and troubleshoot electrical circuits within the equipment with telephone assistance, if necessary.
• Work with assigned qualified riggers to install new or used equipment that are sales generated. Also work with customer requests regarding equipment moves. This includes installation work orders and charge service.
• Mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to interact with customers.
• Complete all paper work in a timely manner ( i.e. expenses, time sheets , escalation reports, SS36 related reports, online training courses, car maintenance etc.)
• Assist in technical phone support when required.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Territory Covered: Kansas City, MO


Job Requirements
Associates Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience.
Must have basic computer and math skills and MS Office.
Must be able to travel extensively.
