Hi,

I am starting to plan my next saddle stitcher purchase. we have a 6 pocket rosback. it works well on most jobs, but I have a lot of trouble with light weight 4 page signatures and thick books not jogging well. i was thinking about a used stahl st 90 and would like to hear some thoughts on other lower end machines. I don't want to consider a collator stapler bender.

I would go for a reconditioned Muller - 6 station + cover feeder

how does a mueller handle thin 4 page signatures. how about small books. we do a fair amout of 5.5 x 8.5 and some 4 x 8
is there a certain feeder model that would be best? We had considered upgrading to a minuteman in the past.

also we do some 3 up books what is the maximum spread/ gutter on a 4/5 knife
