Hello everyone I need a better solutions for the waste on a saddle stitch. We are using a blower with duct pipe but it always get stuck and need to stop and clear it out. Maybe not a strong enough blower or the output nasal is too small. What can yea recommend for this issue. What are yea using?

Just went though all this to move scrap from under our baumfolder. We found the best thing to be an incline conveyor. You'll probably need a boxwall belt if you're handing individual sheet scraps versus glued chunks. You have to make sure the scraps don't slide in between the belt and the side frame. We were lucky enough to find a used one on craigslist that was being used by an injection molding company, but if you can't, try these guys.

ALSO..... Conveyors are MUCH quieter and cost less to run than those blowers too.

Best of luck.
