Schneider Senator Random Cutting Problem: No response to Cut

Hello,
Need Help with our paper cutter . When we press the buttons to cut, the machine does not respond, as if the magnetic buttons are locked. It does not have the push buttons, but the magnetic metal type buttons.
This issue is very random: It will stop cutting once or twice every few weeks for long hours, or works fine for a month or two then stops all of the sudden. It will stop cutting for few hours, then all the sudden it will respond.
Our electrician tried to find the problem why the magnetic press buttons are not responding, but since we don't have a wiring diagram, nobody seems able to find the issue.
I attached a Picture of the cutter for you to see.

We had two Schneider senators. One of them had problems like you describe. We spent about three years and thousands of dollars on several visits by the company. They tried switching many different boards, some of which cost nearly $3000 each. Whatever was wrong with the machine was never discovered, but it caused some of the new boards to be damaged also. We finally gave up and sold it for scrap. I recommend you sell it to the first person who will give you one dollar more than scrap value. Don't attempt repair. Don't call the company. Buy another brand.
