Bell & Howell Inserter with Muller Accumulator Folder Problems

Hi all,

Last year we purchased a used Bell & Howell B900 Inserter with a Muller Cut Sheet Accumulator Folder.
The inserter itself is pretty good aside from an issue with the diverter bin but we've been having some issues with the folder.

Does anyone have a contact ideally in Australia or New Zealand that could help us troubleshoot and get to the bottom of our issues.
Or maybe even someone around the world that could work with us remotely.

Our 3 main issues are
- Folder - We're getting a Call Service 023 error which is causing it from running at all right now
- Folder - Sensor which tells the feeder to run and drop sheets to be fed is finicky. It'll be running fine then will just not realise that it is full and will continue to fill up causing too much weight on the feeding mechanism which stops.
- Diverter Bin - Doesn't seem to work and we can't set the inserter to stop on a double (just won't let us choose off on job settings).

If anyone has a contact that could help us out would be excellent.

Update on this. We got the 023 error sorted by removing the encoder and giving it a good clean. We're now trying to find the LED's that drive the double detect sensor and feeder paper height senors hoping that'll help. Still no lick on diverter.

Would anyone have any ideas on potential service codes for these inserts? We only have operator code but want to try disable diverter which seems to need higher level.
