Single sheet collators

We need to purchase a single sheet collating machine and are considering the Standard Horizon VAC-100, the Duplo System 5000, and the C.P. Bourg BST-10.

It will be primarily used for collating NCR type stocks and will probably not be used more than 600 hours per year.

If you have experience with any of these machines I'd love to hear the positive and negative.

Re: Single sheet collators

We have had a Horizon VAC-100 for over three years now (for bookletmaking and collating NCR forms) and have been extremely pleased with it. I highly recommend it as it has minimal maintenance, its easy to operate, and has been consistantly reliable since the day we plugged it in.
