data merge testing Indesign ???

Anyone have any Idea why the image doesnt preview ( see attached screen grab)
This is created from Indesign 5.02 I have created a csv file I tried every option I could think of
to get this too work, Ive had no success anyone have any Ideas?
I know the path is correct to the image but it will not display the image.
probably something simple, just not sure what it is.

I think you are missing @ symbol in front of the image.

I do have the @ symbol in front of the image in the field
Here is what my csv file looks like in the fields

first last address city state @pictures
John Doe 6th street Mun Ind. then I paste the entire path in right here to images

What should I do from here?

How about you post csv with one image and indd file and I take a look at it.
It's hard to see anything in your screenshot and if you are sure you have @ symbol, it should work.
The only other thing that comes to mind is are you sure your path is good?

From what I see in your gif, you have forget that you need a picture frame, instead of a text frame when you apply the image filed to it. Try that...

Zoran back on this project again, would it alright if I e-mail this file to your gmail account?? or do you an have ftp site I could put it on for you
to look at.

Its driving me nuts this is a simple I must be missing something?

No not yet, hopefully I will have time to work on it tomorrow.
Im going to start over, it should have work, Ive done it before with no problems.
