Hello Evererybody,
we used to have an old Agfa ProSet 9400 Imagesetter with Star SX RIP which we donated to a school. They worked with the imagesetter for 2 years now until the harddisk in the rip crashed lately so they asked me for help. I installed a new harddisk, initialized it and tried to reinstall the system-software on the rip from the disks. Whenever i try to install the Interpreter Update i get an error and have to start over. I already reinstalled the whole system a couple of years ago and remember that the sequence of the installation is critical. Could anybody here please give me a clue on the exact sequence of the installation.
