We have problem with winding the film to output Casette. When we press the cutting button we get the error code 62. Cutter work perfektly, there is no jam with the film. Any suggestions?

62 Possible Out of Media (or Jam)
Input presense sensor and media movement sensor - one of them does not produce a signal when film moves.

Thank you for the answer, we have checked the sensors and corrected bad connection in one. It works now. Vlad, could you please send by e-mail ([email protected]) the full list of error codes? We have lost the manual when moving the firm to the new location.

Again the problem appeared. The diagnostic program does not find any error in tests. But any action causing film forwarding stops with 62 error. Display Sensor menu shows the takeup Casette jam and media presence detector properly. We do not know what to do. Additionally we do not know how to dismount Supply Jam Sensor/Media Present Detector to check whether the wheel moves properly. Is it possible to disable the sensor?

Here is how to do that.
You will get a solid error if one of these sensosr is disabled.

thank you for the relevant pages of service manual. But there are two problems. First I still can not find out how to get into sensor and there is different mounting of sensor as described on Fig 5.30.

I have just made the Photo. It seems that it is not possible to take ou the sensor for checking without removing the platen above. 2014-01-23 08.34.34.jpg
