Arkitex Client, need help.

Recently I took on a project in my company that involves me to work on the Arkitex client. I'm new to the Arkitex world and this is my problem. From the Arkitex client, all the files from thumb nail view are in color. When I check the softproof, it is in black and white.. How/Can I view these softproofs with color??

you do not have acces to paste up in colour because you arnt having the rights as the customer you are logged in as. you have to make the settings right
