Apogee X - Step n Repeat - No Trim Marks

Hi guys,

We just upgraded from AX 2.5 to 5...
Im sending over a JDF mime file from Pandora 2.8 to an Apogee X 5 hot ticket

I have two hot tickets set up...
a step and repeat one and a digital step and repeat one

on the step and repeat hot ticket i dont have trim marks (all other marks & art render correctly)

and on the digital step and repeat one i dont have trim marks or bleeds (all other marks & art render correctly)

Any clue where to start?

Did you tried use Pandora to 2.9? You can download the update free of charge from Kodak Website.

yes, updated to 2.9.7 to no avail. Are u currently using pandora and AX5? Any Problems?
