Most likely the chiller that cools your laser head is not working. Maybe someone turned it off accidentally, or it needs to be refilled with coolant.

The question is pretty old and I suppose you already have it fixed by now.
The obivous reason of this error is either temperature or humidity too high inside the laser head. If temperature is the reason there isn't very much to do. If you have an internal chiller, check coolant level and the side air intake filter. If nothing wrong - call for service as the ciruclation pump/motor may have gone bad.
If the reason is the humidity, there is a dehumidifier on the side of the laser - has a green/red coulour indicator - if it is on red, replace filter inside or adjust the air pressure valve on the air tube going to it.
