Quantum 400 trendsetter won't image

When I try to make a plate I load it into the machine and it says beam balancing then unloads it un-imaged saying 'cancelled by user'. I obviously didn't cancel it and am out of ideas. We use brisque and thermal plates. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you know what version SquareSpot laser you have in your CTP? Beam balancing sounds like an issue with your laser head. Our company can provide remote diagnostic service and help you figure out exactly what is causing the issue. If the laser is at fault, we can also repair or replace it for you.
