Pitstop Move Tool

Greetings
One of my prepress workers is having an issue with Pitstop. When ever they select an object or type and use the move tool it doesn't always move or if they use arrow keys the selection jumps right and then moves erratically. I've deleted preferences and turned off snap to guides but the issue remains. Any ideas?
