Acrobat crashes when loading Pitstop color database

This is a new problem that just started happening.

We are using Acrobat Pro DC Build: 15.20.20042.205528, and Pitstop 12 update 3 on a Mac with El Capitan 10.11.6.

When we use the inspector to change a cmyk solid fill to a spot color acrobat crashes while trying to load the color database.

We ran Onyx software
I have deleted all preferences files and reinstalled Pitstop, but I get the same result.

Not sure where else to turn.
 
I had this issue a while ago, I fixed it by changing the CMM engine in the Pitstop Pref under Color Management.
 
Could you please contact Enfocus support and they will be able to help you with this. If you have an EnfocusID then please log a case via the support portal, or if not please email to [email protected], and explain the issue.
