Deceit ? or make fun ? from Heidelberg company-servis (Register)

From first day its problem with moved register all unit

We promotion this problem every time, Heidelberg servis come 4 times try fixed.

Heidelberg servis change 3 time all unit plate clamp-now we havw strongest, and 1 time come change in all unit springs in plate clamp-2 weeks ago.

This everething dont help and always register mooved to much.

Where can by problem ?

My opinion is that they know where the problem........

Its Heidelberg SM 102-8 colour made 2012,Our company buy FULL NEW and problem its from first day when we start production, now mashine has 40 milion impression.

What part of the world r u in. It seems as if it wasn't installed properly - very rare with new Heidelbergs but possible

Have you made sure the prepress plates are good?

Do you have computer to plate machine? Try and rule out your plates. Make a set somewhere else and see if you have the same problem.

do you have an offline punch? If you do please check the black centralizing sliders. If worn they will have slots in them making the punch inconsistently. Also check on punch that the plate goes in square and all the way in. Remove any offending dirt/shards in punches.

Do the basics, check the packing under the blankets are all the same. Torque the blankets.

Make sure the grippers are clean on all units.

Does it happen with all types of paper?

Are you cutting the paper and running it wrong grain through the press.

Is the press room temperature and humidity controlled? Does the paper climatise in press room before printing?

Perhaps explain where the registration problem is on the sheet? On corners, in grip etc
 
Heidelberg servis come with own plates made in Germany, same mark as we use- KODAK.

Mashine was testet 2 days,All gripers was cleaned,all blanket+packing was full new, paper 135 gms matt and gloss

The press room temperature and humidity is controlled we have air conditioning+special system for humidification who working nonstop 24 h.

After test Heidelberg he says it's a problem in the machine somewhere.

Somewhere?Company with 100 years experience dont know where is problem?.I think so must know very good.
 
It is very unusually for a SM to give issues on installation.
At least you know it is not a prepress problem.

Heidelberg have a special test form (SSID). They have a special reading apparatus to read this test form to diagnose unique press/printing problems. I trust they ran this form.

Perhaps it's time to request a specialist from Germany, especially if the local office cannot resolve the issue.

Next wednesday come responsible people from Heidelberg Germany will discuss the change of machine.

The owner is very angry about this situation
