Kodak InSite email notification redirect

I am familiar with setting up a either a staff or customer user through the InSite administrator. After the user is set up with their email address, various InSite notifications can be automatically sent to the email address of that particular user.
My question is this: Is there a way to set up a "dummy" user and instead of the notification get sent to an email address, have it get sent to an MIS server?
The idea is that when files are approved on InSite, a trigger would send the notification to our MIS so our data base for that particular job would contain when the files were approved.
Any suggestions would be appreciated~
Thank you,
jim

The Accura MIS system that we sell/support links with MS Outlook, so when a proof email's subject line contains the approved keyword the Accura MIS will be flagged that the job is no longer on hold and that it is now active. So, perhaps talk to your MIS support or developer and see if they have a way to do something similar.

What kind of file does your MIS need? You can have RBA write text files when pages are approved. Those could be picked up by your MIS.
