Dolev4Press Exposes white/transparent films

Hello everybody.

Dolev4Press, MacG3 - PS/M 7, connection with cable.

Under unclear situation, the machine was no longer defined in PSM/7.

We thought that it is TSP Card. Fortunately we had another, same TSP card.
When we plugged another TSP cart, then machine was defined correctly, but exposed films are white/transparent.

Exposing goes without errors 100%.

Please tell any ideas about this situation?

Dolev4Press is imagesetter made by Scitex. So you it's not Heidelberg hardware. You must check laser, if you have exposed films without any image, just clear film.
