According to a Kodak press release, Kodak will increase the price of its offset printing plates globally, up to 9%. Not unlike Agfa, Kodak cites the price increase of aluminum.

Despite internal cost reductions & improved productivity, “The magnitude of rising, multi-year high aluminum prices can no longer be sustained by the company”, as noted in Kodak’s Q1 2018 Earnings Conference Call.

Details of the new pricing structure will be communicated to all customers & dealers across the world in the coming weeks.

Trump has just decided today to impose tariffs on imported steel and aluminum from Canada (and Mexico). I wonder if that will increase the price of plates even more. In any case it looks like it's going to be a trade war :p
