Just recently our "ICUT" machines has not been able to cut small letters, (helvetica) with out being all jagged and choppy . (Vinly) SAV Busmark (material)
It used to cut smaller type just as smooth as the larger. the width of the font in this case is about .1875? trying to trouble shoot
First thing they always say is "its the file" but we (in prepress) are not doing anything differently (width of stroke) etc. We basically just convert the fonts to outlines.. and suggestions or similar experience?
